Chocolate? I ate it. Pizza? I ate it, I ate a shit load of it. Takeaways? I ate them.
I’ve been seeing some negativity on my dash lately about people fucking punching themselves in the face because they had a chocolate bar or they missed a workout or their workout wasn’t as good as yesterdays.
You are a human being and you got feelings. The only way you are ever going to succeed is if you accept what has happened, learn from it and make a better decision next time. Me hating myself after I had a burger? I ate another one fairly soon after cause I felt like shit. Me accepting I made that decision, it wasn’t gonna be detrimental to my progress, it tasted fucking good and I probably wouldn’t remember even having one by tomorrow? I felt better so I ate better.
The next time you punch out your brain cells cause you didn’t run for as long as yesterday just think about it… YOU STILL WORKED YOUR BUTT OFF BECAUSE YOU ARE A BAD ASS MOTHERFUCKER.
You will feel like a failure but the only time you will ever fail is when you give up on yourself. Keep on moving forwards and if you’ve run into a brick wall, tear it the fuck down then stop, build that wall back up and never look back.
